DARWIN galloper Barocco Bar, ridden by Jade Doyle, has stormed to victory in the GBA Consulting Engineering Bedourie Cup (1600m).
The Patrick Johnson-trained Barocco Bar, third in the Betoota Cup two weeks ago on the opening day of the Simpson Desert Racing Carnival, saluted at Bedourie from Kym Healy’s stablemates Shisuta Bo (second) and Ione (third) with Aussie Adapator, trained by veteran Toowoomba-based horseman John Ferguson, coming fourth.
